| Iceland is more than just a small island in the North Atlantic known for its misleading name—it's an enchanting expanse of volcanic rock, mountains, and natural hot springs nestled around one of the coolest cities on the planet. Experience all that this remote geographical wonder has to offer with this Adventure: a five-day trip in and around Reykjavik, Iceland, with excursions around the island, including the Leidarendi Cave, the relaxing Blue Lagoon Hot Springs, and more. Plus, airfare from New York City, Boston, and Washington, DC is included! (Once you book your ticket, stay on the site to book your flight.) After arriving in Reykavik at 6 a.m., we'll enjoy an early check-in to the city's CenterHotel Plaza, where we'll dine on a breakfast buffet before heading out for a walking tour of the capital that afternoon. Over the next three days, we'll hike along Iceland's South Shore Glacier and explore some of the most breathtaking scenes the island has to offer, including a half-day tour of the subterranean Leidarendi Lava Cave and a relaxing day in the natural warmth of Blue Lagoon Hot Springs. All of our nights will be free to explore the city and—if we're lucky—take in the Northern Lights. We'll also have one entire day to spend in Reykjavik before departing for home with a new take on our magical neighbor to the north.*All prices based on double occupancy.
