Pay $45 for a mixology class on making tiki cocktails with Founding Farmers' RAMMY award-winning chief mixologist, Jon Arroyo. During this 90-minute lesson, Arroyo will take you through the history of the tiki cocktail and learn about four classic drinks, all made with the original recipes created by pioneer tiki master Don the Beachcomber.On the menu: the Mai Tai, a classic rum cocktail made with, among other ingredients, almond syrup; the Scorpion, a more serious concoction of fresh fruit juices, brandy, and rum; and finally, the Zombie, a hefty combination of some ten ingredients, including a few kinds of rum, absinthe, and a slew of fresh fruit juices.
