Join him on select Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning May 2 for this three-hour course, during which you'll learn how to create (then chow down on) a four-course meal using brew-ly intoxicating ingredients. You'll start with a mixed salad with wheat beer vinaigrette, then move on to wild rice cooked in an IPA and fresh corn fritters along with a red chile and pork posole with amber lager.
