Learn how to prep for parties from a pro when you pay $45 for a craft beer, cheese, and charcuterie class from Adam Smith, the general manager of Cowgirl Creamery DC, the award-winning California-based creamery's only east coast outpost, at LivingSocial's brand-new 918 F Street basement bar. Students will learn all about how certain notes in craft beers can enhance qualities in meats and cheeses from an American Cheese Society award-winner who stocks his own crème fraîche, fromage blanc, and cottage cheeses. Classes take place on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8 starting on February 28 and you'll receive plenty of sips and samples as Smith, ahem, churns out clear explanations behind his pairing choices.
