50% Off Buck's Fishing & Camping |
If the red checkered tablecloths, flickering light, and hanging canoes don't make Buck's Fishing & Camping sing "campground!" to you, perhaps the wood-grilled steaks, pan-roasted salmon, and burgers will. Fork over $25 and get $50 to spend at this Connecticut Avenue eatery, where family campfire meets fine food, beverages, and a local, seasonal menu. Savor a whole roasted chicken with rice and vegetables, fried oysters, roasted marrow bones, spicy onion rings, and Buck's famous wood-grilled, dry aged, prime Sirloin steak. Buck's notched three out of four stars from the Washington Post and is owned by the same folks as Comet Ping Pong, located next door. The casual restaurant's atmosphere is a far cry from marshmallows over an open fire, but a slice of the homemade chocolate cake with chocolate frosting will have you sleeping easy in your tent. |
